Typical Questions.
Can no longer activate my Komodo after I reset my computer for more than 3 times? So what should I do if I need to reset my computer in the future?
Before you make a system change you must deactivate the program via Menu File – Activation – Deactivate. This way you will avoid a loss of activations.
In the program folder you will find the separate program "ChessBaseAdminTool.exe". This application is started automatically after the program is started and inform the User about the activation status of the installed programs.
In the case of problems with the activation the program can be started manually by double clicking on the EXE file in the program folder.
Which status is displayed for the different Programs and the Engines?
Click on the program which display the Status "not activated".
Activate starts the dialog for the program activation again. Insert the Serial number again!
